Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside our talent acquisition team to understand candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and the recruitment process.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Create and manage social media content for our talent acquisition channels.
  • Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
  • Help develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle any task assigned and constructively communicate any challenges.
    Requirements:
  • Final year student or recently graduated.
  • Become an HR/ TA executive in a career path.
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
  • Take part with a positive mind and willingness to learn.
  • Be a friendly and helpful team member.
  • Creative, proactive, and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Having design skills is a plus.
